Traditional ,what are the steps in applying your make up;1st step concealer ,2nd step foundation?
Well, as an artist and to ensure I'm successful in "beating a face", I always apply concealer on after I apply foundation .It provides my client with a flawless results.
This technique works for many reasons :
1)The area you want to conceal won't bleed through your foundation.
2) Flawless complexion with better coverage
3)You will use less products
